The book has been out for four years, and is excellent...laugh, cry, it's wonderful. But I always encourage people to read the book before seeing the movie even though this trailer looks pretty true to the story. Great read--one of my very favorites, really!

oh laura, im so excited! that book was one of my favorites too and I had no idea that there was going to be a movie!
i've heard such great things about that book--i'll have to read it now. i got eli's whiteboard at walmart. it does have the kindergarten lines on one side and it's completely blank on the other side. i'd hurry over to walmart though, the school supplies section is dwindling! hope you're all doing well. i'd love to get together soon. fridays are generally good days for me, or i do have some time early mondays or wednesdays--we could meet in town for coffee. who's in preschool for you? this week, i can't get together, but maybe next week?

i love this book too, i had no idea there was a movie coming out. hey, i just was checking out a blog i read sometimes and saw a mention of a necklace she got by lisa leonard designs and i thought that was one of your friends. weird.
